Label All Possessions

Please label all belongings, especially coats and jackets, and even shoes!

Hand Washing

For health reasons, please help your child wash his/her hands in the bathroom upon arrival at Patti’s Play Center. Use warm water and liquid soap, then dry with paper towels before entering the Center.

Diapers & Potty Training

If your child is in diapers, you must provide at least one diaper per day. If the child is potty training, please send a change of clothing, including socks.

Cubbies

The cubbies are arranged in alphabetical order by last name, and are located on the wall next to the door. Please check your child’s cubby each day, since it contains your child’s art projects, your monthly bill, and correspondence from the Center.

Call-in Reservation Policy

A “call-in” reservation may be made at any time. If space is not available on the requested day, the child’s name will be placed on a waiting list for that day. As cancellations occur, they will be filled in order of the daily waiting list.

Please note that call-in reservations do not need to be made in advance. If there are last-minute cancellations, the Center can sometimes accommodate requests on a “same-day” basis, particularly in the afternoons.

Cancellations

Due to high demand, Patti’s has a “no cancellation” policy. If your child has a reservation and is unable to attend due to illness or vacation, you will still be charged. As a courtesy to the teachers, so they do not worry, please call the Center if you know your child will be absent.
